presentation of a medical certificate mentionning the <b>&#8220;<\/b><strong>absence of any contra indication to take part in competitive cycling events&#8221;<\/strong> dated less than a year before the event takes place is mandatory for participants with no valid competitive cycling licence.<\/p>\n<p>If these documents are absent, the registration will be canceled and no refund will be
